At least one Gromflomite, Krombopulos Michael, has taken on jobs that sometimes require action against the Federation, including the killing of Federation-aligned Gromflomite guards, suggesting that the species as a whole may not be loyal to the Federation.
Gromflomites are shown to comprise the entire upper echelon of the Galactic Federal government, as well as most of their military, the latter referred to as the Galactic Militia.
It’s crazy to see how far along the art and overall production value has come from this pilot episode.The history of the species is largely unknown, but they appear to have established or otherwise obtained control of the Galactic Federation at some point. Do you think this is a good entry point for new Rick and Morty Viewers?. – Kidding aside, I love how Rick equates bureaucrats to robots, cracks me up every time. Some really good stuff we missed, certainly in the Rick and Morty subreddit Community Rewatch post. The thing where Rick jumps through the portal to heal Morty’s legs. Rick’s Inspirational speech about facing fear head on and then immediately turning and running from something he has never seen. Morty’s high school math is at a 1st grade level. The bomb arms at the end? What happened?. I like that Morty takes charge in that cold open… notes about this getting the show made and whatnot…. Rick needs Morty to go run a sci fi errand with him.
